APOLLINARIS WITH COFFEE
A glass of good mineral water is the complement to a cup of coffee. This isn't a mere fad – there are good reasons for this, which is why it has long been a part of the lifestyle in many Mediterranean countries.
Many foods, including coffee, contain acids. Mineral water with a high hydrogen carbonate content is alkaline and is therefore able to neutralise acids. Some Apollinaris products – such as Classic, Medium and Silence – contain particularly high amounts of hydrogen carbonate, making them a perfect partner for coffee, cappuccino and latte macchiato.
