Ingredients
6 cl ViO
1.5 cl elderflower syrup
3 cl unfiltered apple juice
Lemon zest

Directions
Fill a long drink glass with ice cubes, then add ViO and the rest of the ingredients. Top it off with the lemon zest and stir it all together carefully.
