Being a premium mineral water, Apollinaris has been enjoying an excellent reputation in the hotel and restaurant industry for many years. Now it’s becoming even more active to support the qualtity of service in Germany’s broad restaurant and hotel industry. The new service guide is specifically targeted at members of the service staff in restaurants or hotels and is the starting point for a new informational series about service, consulting, wine and communication. The goal is to underline Apollinaris’ expertise when with regards to gastronomy and to pass on its know-how to clients who would like to be one step ahead when it comes to quality.

The visually appealing and entertaining service guide „The fascination of service“ should motivate all members of staff to act and think entrepreneurially.

The service guide deals with a variety of topics. From basics, such as a confident appearance, positive work ethics and manners, to operational and specialized know-how. By means of illustrative descriptions, it demonstrates, how a host can turn a restaurant visit into a memorable experience for his guests – an important step towards customer retention and thus towards an increase in turnover.

In addition to the service guide, Apollinaris is offering a manual for employee appraisals. The manual was created to further an open and constructive dialog between caterers and service staff.
