In 1988, Apollinaris is one of the first mineral water brands to offer mineral water with reduced carbonation: Apollinaris Medium.
Apollinaris Lemon follows in 1990. This makes Apollinaris one of the first mineral water springs to market a flavored mineral water.
In 1997, Apollinaris introduces Selection, a unique bottle for upscale restaurants. The stylish Selection bottle was created by designer Peter Schmidt.
The product range was rounded off in 1997 with the introduction of the fruity Big Apple spritzer.
