In 1988, Apollinaris was one of the first mineral water brands to offer mineral water with reduced carbonation: Apollinaris Medium.
Apollinaris Lemon. was introduced in 1992. This made Apollinaris one of the first brands to put a flavored mineral water on the market.
In 1997, Apollinaris Selection followed, a brand specifically designed for upscale restaurants. The stylish Selection bottle was created by designer Peter Schmidt.
In 1998, the product range was rounded off with the launch of the fruity Big Apple spritzer.
