FINE SPARKLING WATER FROM GERMANY'S VULKANIC EIFEL REGION
The fascinating countryside of Germany's Vulkanic Eifel region is home to both of the Apollinaris springs that give the mineral water its fine sparkling character. The original Apollinaris spring in Bad Neuenahr has provided our products with naturally fine sparkling mineral water since 1852. Natural mineral water is obtained from deep spring water. It is formed in a process that takes decades, as rainwater flows and is filtered through various layers of stone, gravel and sand. The water finally collects at a depth of about 200 metres, where it is largely protected from environmental influences.
The result is a unique water of brilliant purity. It's a refreshing, crystal-clear water that delights all of the senses.
