Apollinaris is still produced at the foot of the vineyard where the winegrower Georg Kreuzberg discovered the Apollinaris spring in 1852.
The naturally carbonated mineral water is pumped to the surface – following strict specifications to ensure excellent product quality – and then bottled directly on-site before making its way to mineral water lovers all over Germany and throughout the world.
